Overview
GoAMEDD.com is a personal recruiting resource operated to provide general information and help visitors contact an Army medical recruiter. It is not an official U.S. Army or Department of Defense website.
This policy explains what information may be collected through the site, why it is used, and how it may be handled by service providers that support the site.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, the site may collect the information you choose to provide, including:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number, if provided
- The recruiting topic you select
- The content of your message
The contact form is intended only for general recruiting questions. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical conditions, medical records, financial account information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
Information collected automatically
The site’s hosting, security, and analytics services may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and security-related signals. This information may be used to operate the site, measure aggregate usage, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the contact form.
Analytics services are enabled only when their corresponding site configuration is present. Depending on the active configuration, these services may include Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Contact-form security and delivery
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical and security signals needed to provide that service. Cloudflare’s privacy information and Turnstile terms apply to that processing.
Contact submissions are transmitted to a configured email-delivery provider, currently designed for Resend, or to another specifically configured contact-processing service. The submission is then delivered to the recruiter’s designated inbox or contact workflow. Those providers may process the submitted information only as necessary to provide their services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
How information is used
Information submitted through the site may be used to:
- Respond to recruiting questions
- Determine which general program information may be relevant
- Arrange follow-up communication
- Prevent spam, fraud, or misuse
- Diagnose delivery or technical problems
- Maintain reasonable records of communications
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Information submitted through the contact form is not sold to advertisers.
Retention
Contact messages may be retained in the receiving mailbox, delivery-service logs, or an authorized contact workflow for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain communication records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. Retention periods may differ between service providers.
Visitors may request deletion of a contact message, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping limitations, by emailing [email protected].
International processing
The site and its service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in the visitor’s country.
External links
The site may link to Army, government, social-media, or other third-party websites. GoAMEDD.com does not control the privacy or security practices of those external sites. Review the privacy notice of any third-party service before providing information there.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and the contact form should not be used by a child under 13 to submit personal information.
